Outstanding students from all over the world who are enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs at the University of Calgary can receive financial aid through the University of Calgary Scholarships for International Students. By rewarding academic success, leadership abilities, and community involvement, the University of Calgary Scholarships increase access to one of Canada’s top colleges. The program aims to assist diverse international students in achieving their academic goals by providing a variety of merit-based and need-based options.

Some of the scholarships and awards offered by the University of Calgary to overseas students include the following:

University of Calgary International Entrance Scholarship

offered each year to international undergraduate students who will begin their first year of any undergraduate degree in the next fall semester and who have satisfied the university’s English language competence requirements. As long as the winners maintain their international differential tuition price and achieve a GPA of 2.60 or above over a minimum of 24.00 units in the previous fall and winter terms, they will be eligible for renewable enrollment in the University of Calgary’s second, third, and fourth years.
Foreign tuition costs must be paid by international students who are neither citizens or permanent residents of Canada.
